You are beautiful. There is no doubt now: every trace of "newborn" has left you. You are full-cheeked, wide-eyed, active and opinionated little persons. It's so fun! It gets more fun every day.
Amber--your smiles are becoming more and more mischievous. I'm going to have to watch out for you, I think! We got this picture of the three of us on my first Mothers' Day with you.
See your smile? You keep giving me those little grins, like you are plotting something. So funny. And you're just about to crawl!!!
Avery--forget crawling! You are going to walk. The other day you refused to be seated. I had to hold you and walk you around on the floor everywhere we went, so you could practice, I suppose. You play rough with your sister. Granted, you both deal it out to each other, but I think you're just a hair worse. I've seen you beat your sister repeatedly on the head with a block. Yesterday, I left the two of you sitting upright on the floor. When I walked back through the room, you had pulled Amber to the ground by her hair, and were continuing to yank on it. Amber was all out of sorts. But you two really do love each other, and you're so sweet to each other all the time. You kiss each other and giggle now, and that's hands-down the cutest thing I have ever seen.
I love you both so much. You and your father are my everything.
Have a great night. :)
